Avril Lavigne and
Brody Jenner wouldn't know anything about that, right? This auspiciously matched couple has the advantage of being born the magic two zodiac signs apart, which always makes for good mojo, and they obviously have a few things in common. But will Avril eventually tell Brody "see ya later boi"? Let's look at the stars.
The Good: Leo and Libra's alliterative zodiac signs aren't the only thing great about this couple. Avril and Brody's relationship has an extra boost in the intuitive understanding between the the well-matched lovebirds. Believe it or not Avril isn't the hothead in this relationship. It's Brody. Fortunately as a Libra, Avril knows how to bring harmony into the partnership and soothe the savage lion.

more flamboyant partner threatening and antagonistic. In this case Avril's personality makes it safe and comfortable for Brody to play the boring boyfriend, so in the end she really does soothe her lionboy.
The Bad: Fire and Air can fuel each other, but they can snuff each other out, too. Avril and Brody are both accustomed to a life in the spotlight, but they'll have to work at not undermining each other.
Paris Hilton famously complained that she worried Brody was using her to further his own career. Once again he finds himself with a more-famous girlfriend, and he'll have to be careful not to play the hanger-on. For her part, Avril might have to work on recognizing when her rock star behavior is simply obnoxious. Dressing and acting like she's still 19 in front of the cameras is one thing, but living with that attitude 24/7 can get exhausting for even the most energetic rocker/surfer.
In the Stars: This is one of those couples that made people say "huh?" when they first got together. Avril's ex, Sum 41's
Deryck Whibley, made sense. They both had crazy hair and clothes and they both played punk-influenced power pop. When they appeared together in public they looked like a couple of perfectly matched Hot Topic models.
By contrast, Brody's tall, hunky frame is more jock than punk and he dresses in polo shirts and backwards baseball caps. Back when Hot Topic and Abercrombie & Fitch could still be found across from each other in any given mall, these two would be shooting each other dirty looks from opposite storefronts.
But they do seem to work together in a weird sort of way. They're always holding hands. Avril used Brody's half-sister
Kylie Jenner in her New York Fashion Week show for Abbey Dawn. Brody gamely got a matching tattoo with Avril. And she's even keen to pick up surfing, which Brody loves. Perhaps Avril and Brody's differences have been resolved by their perfectly-matched stars, because it really looks like they plan to stay together for a while.
