^^ Nothing I've heard about the security incident leaves me to believe it was a car accident. I don't think we should be posting saying it was a car accident when there's no evidence of that.

My suspicion is that the explanation of the car breakdown was told to the crowd in London to explain the delay when the security situation was still on-going and they couldn't give details of that.
